Atmospheric Perspective. Done in Graphite and then edited in photoshop.
This is based off the Doctor Who Series' and the Time Lord's home World: Gallifrey. Also known as the 'Shining World of the Seven Systems'. Located in the constellation of Kasterborous, some 250 million light years away from Earth. The Citadel is located on the continent of Wild Endeavour in the mountains of Solace and Solitude. Gallifrey has been described as ' perfect to look at' but beyond that little is known about life lived among its inhabitants. |
